Social Media + Audience Coordinator
We are looking for a social media assistant to help grow our social media audiences for both a feminine leadership brand/podcast and our company working with clients in the interior design industry. You are an ambitious, creative type, who lives and breathes social media. You’re also passionate about marketing to women and full of ideas about how to our target demographic of 28 – 45-year-olds. You also love actively engaging with an online audience and thrive off of keeping them engaged with the content that speaks to them and encourages them to act. Candidates will pitch and execute ideas for promotions, form partnerships and work with us in refining our sales/marketing strategy. You must feel comfortable researching, creating promotional content, and assisting with outreach.
Growing Instagram/Facebook/Pinterest/Tiktok Community for both profiles
Daily audience management and engagement with our established community
Content creation for daily feed, themes, and podcast episodes
Pitching Conversations for Instagram/Facebook and other relevant groups
Research/pitching partnership opportunities with small businesses and media outlets
Podcast trailer creation for bi-weekly episodes
Tiktok video uploads and posting on behalf of founder
REQUIREMENTS/NECESSARY SKILLS FOR RECRUITMENT:
Graphic Design + Video Experience
Audience Management and Social Media Experience
Content Creation Experience
Self-starter mentality with high attention to detail and self-motivation
This role will turn into a full-time position for the right candidate.
